The previous video shows you how to get from the napcabs located in terminal 1B to the napcabs located in terminal 3. Please note the journey takes around 30 minutes each way. You will also have to pass a security check once each way.

Here you can see an overview of the first part of the route from your current napcab in terminal 1B to the Skytrain that will bring you to terminal 3.

In the photo below the map you can see your starting point. If this is your current view with the napcabs on your right, you are facing the correct direction.

Please follow the hallway as shown on the map. You will soon reach a staircase as shown in the photo.

Please follow the signs to  terminal 3. You can also see the correct route on the map.

Once you see a security gate on your right, turn right and go through the gate.

You will see a sign with directions to terminal 3. You will see a passport control. Do not go through this control. Just walk straight past passport control and then turn left.

You will then enter a long hallway. As shown in the photo. Follow this hallway until you 
reach a staircase on your left.

Look out for the signs guiding you to terminal 3 Pier J to make sure you are taking the right escalator. If needed there is also an elevator around the corner next to the staircase.

You will now arrive at the platform where you can take the train to terminal 2.

Please note that in the evening, you may need to call the train manually using the call button next to the doors on the platform.

The train will now take you to terminal 2. There you need to change trains to reach 
terminal 3.

When you arrive at terminal 2, leave the train and take the stairs down to level 3.

Depending on which stairs you use, you will see the sign shown in the photo either on your right or left side.

Follow the sign as shown on the map and take the train to terminal 3.

When you arrive at terminal 3, take the stairs or the elevator down to level two.

Now turn right and follow the hallway until you reach the escalator.

Take the escalator or the elevator upstairs.

You will arrive in front of the security check. Please go through security. After passing through security, walk straight down the long hallway ...

... and follow the signs to pier J.

Follow the hallway in Pier J to Gate J9.

You should now see the napcabs in front of you on your left.

The way back to terminal 1 will mostly be the same.

Please follow the airport signs to terminal 1 to return.
