Your charge is based on the time of use. A minimum charge is applied. Simply follow the process on the outside screen for booking on site or book online on our website. Your charge will be calculated on the actual time of use. The maximum duration of your booking is 24 hours.
Your napcabs sleeping cabin will always be clean and tidy with fresh bed linen. After each use the cleaning staff is automatically notified to tidy up the cabin and to make the bed with fresh bed linen. Only then the cabin will be available for the next passenger.

Our napcabs are located in the public area of Terminal 1 at Stuttgart Airport. Our cabins are available to all passengers – no passport or Travel ID is required, unless you remain in the transit area of the Airport. Since the cabins are located outside the security zone, you can check in anytime, enjoy privacy, and leave or enter the airport freely. If you plan to leave the security area to use a cabin and re-enter later, please be mindful of the security checkpoint opening hours. You can always find the latest times on the Stuttgart Airport website.

You can cancel your reservation easily and conveniently at any time using the cancellation link provided in your booking confirmation email. Simply click on the link and confirm using your four digit booking PIN. If you cancel your reservation more than one hour before the scheduled reservation time, only a 10% cancellation fee will be charged. If you cancel less than one hour ahead of your reservation or fail to cancel, the full amount will be charged.
Please note: A cancellation is required in all cases in order to be eligible for a partial refund in exceptional circumstances.

Our standard cabins are designed for single occupancy. The bed is a standard single bed measuring 80 x 200 cm. However, you are welcome to share the cabin with a family member under the age of 14. In this case, please ensure that the air ventilation is set to the highest level to maintain a cool and fresh environment inside the cabin.
The XL cabin is designed for double occupancy and features a double size bed measuring 160 x 200 cm. It is also an excellent choice for families traveling with small children, offering additional space and comfort for a more relaxed stay.

Please enter this code on the touch screen located outside the cabin to unlock the door and begin your stay.
You can use this code to leave and re-enter the cabin as often as you like during your booked period.
Please make sure to remember your 4-digit code, as it is required each time you access the cabin.
If you made a direct booking at the touch screen of a cabin, you will be asked to choose your own 4-digit PIN code during the booking process. This ensures you can start your reservation immediately, without waiting for a confirmation E-Mail. Simply select a code you will remember and confirm it when prompted.
